WHO IS KEEP IT CUT?
Keep It Cut is a locally owned men’s hair shop with a fresh concept - Unlimited Haircut Memberships - where our members pay a monthly fee to get unlimited cuts.
Our unique monthly membership makes it easy for our stylists to quickly build a book of business of consistent, loyal, and higher tipping clientele.
In addition to a guaranteed base wage of $15/hr, our stylists get a cut of the revenue, which allows them to make an average hourly wage of $23-$33/hr (including tips).
We're also unique in that we offer Full Benefits (health, dental, vision, life, & retirement) for staff working 25+ hours a week.
Plus, we have a generous PTO (Paid Time Off) that you start accruing from day one.

HAIR STYLIST
Pay is $15/hr base
Hourly wage range between $23-$33.
(including tips)
ASSISTANT MGR
Pay is $16/hr base
Hourly wage range between $24-$34 (including tips)
MANAGER
Pay is $22/hr base
Hourly wage range between $31-$43
(including tips)
