My first visit. I was able to make an appointment at a convenient time for me, the prices were very good, and the service was fast and professional.They are taking more than adequate safety precautions and I may well become a regular there, as the place I used to go closed.

I love keep it cut at Tempe. I’ve been going to Sydney for almost 2 years now and the girl doesn’t miss. She’s quick, professional, cool to be around, and always delivers a fresh cut.

This business is so awesome and great for saving $$ if you get a cut every 2 weeks like I do. I save $18 a month on haircuts compared to my last stylist, and that’s even including a $10 tip every time for my stylist. The ladies there are so awesome and remember how you like your hair done. I recommend them for any guy who wants to keep it cut!!

Sydney is the best! So this is my primary location and I’ve been going here since I moved to Tempe in December last year. Sydney was the first person to cut my hair there. I previously had a pretty bad haircut (at a different barbershop) and was frustrated, so I explained what I wanted. I knew it would take a few months for my hair to grow back out to look better, but Sydney hooked it up! She gave me a fresh cut and basically created a plan to get my hair back on track. Now she’s been cutting my hair for 10 months and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Every haircut is great, she’s always on time, and we have great conversations. I highly recommend this location and highly recommend Sydney!!!

I made appointment for haircut 3 days prior to the date. When I came in no one said even hello. Hairdresser told me she will be with me as soon as she can. When over make customer came in, she just took him. Unbelievable, worse customer service! I had to leave after waiting 30 minutes. Was I treated like that because I am a female?

Sydney has a massive ego and does not listen to her clients. When told to specifically cut it to a certain length, she disregards your request and does what she wants to do without asking. Honestly one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten. Avoid Sydney at all costs!Edit - I stand by what I said; avoid her. What's done is done.

To start I’ll give the results a 7/10… I came yesterday and they said it’s appointment only so I scheduled an appointment for 9:20am the next morning (which is today) so I arrive here at 9:10am so I make sure I’m on time for my appointment, a man walks in about 5 minutes after me and has a seat, the lady who just finished cutting a clients hair walks the client to the door and takes the guy who walked in behind me, didn’t ask us if we had appointments or anything like that. I have a wedding to be at in 3 hours now which is why I scheduled so early, it’s 9:30 now and nobody is near done with their client. I will never come back here for a haircut, The customer service is very poor, I haven’t even been greeted and I’ve been here almost half an hour now. I’m pretty sure she took him because his lighter skin complexion. KEEP IT CUT train your employees on customer service before anything. Haircuts are average as well so you’re not missing out going to a place who treats you right, especially when you’re paying $30 or more dollars plus a tip.Edit: Yes I gave the lady a tip because she had nothing to do with what happened so why penalize her? The woman who I felt discriminated against me wasn’t who cut my hair, but still when you feel unwanted in a place especially where you’re spending money that’s always a bad thing. I signed up only because it was cheaper than the standard haircut you were selling at that moment in time, I have no need to email you guys either because there’s not much more to speak about. I have a good barber now so there’s no hard feelings, just felt I should give people a heads up on what to expect when coming in for a haircut. Have a nice one.
