Who Are We?

Keep It Cut is a locally owned men’s hair shop with a fresh concept, Unlimited Haircut Memberships. We pride ourselves in having a friendly personality, quality haircuts, showcase a modern urban industrial decor (concrete floor, exposed ceiling, natural woods), with jazzy indie hip hop music in the background.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Ability to do a Skin Fade

Complete haircuts in 20 minutes and skin fades in 25 minutes

Valid Arizona Cosmetology License

Stylist
  • $16.75 an hour guaranteed pay + tips
  • Hourly Wage of $27-$35 (including tips)
Assistant Manager
  • $18.75 an hour guaranteed pay + tips
  • Hourly Wage of $29-$37 (including tips)
Manager
  • $24.00 an hour base pay + tips
  • Hourly Wage of $33-$40 (including tips) + Qrtly Bonus
All Positions
  • Generous Paid Time Off accrued from day 1
