How Do You Spell FREE Haircut?
Could you spell SCHERENSCHNITTE? The German art of paper cutting was one of the winning words at last year’s National Spelling Bee.
In honor of National Spelling Bee Week, we’re putting YOU to the test. On Friday, May 27, 2016 simply walk into Keep It Cut, well give you a word to spell, and if you get it right then your haircut is F-R-E-E.
The National Spelling Bee was started in 1925 as a way to encourage children to perfect their spelling and expand their vocabulary. So brush up on your hairstyle lingo – our challenge words won’t be as intricate as NUNATAK or STICHOMYTHIA, but you might need to know your way around a POMPADOUR.
